Barre

The perfect blend of dance and fitness.

Barre is the happy place between Pilates, yoga and ballet. Fusing elements of them all, you will get a full-body workout and develop strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. We start with a warm up and upper body section using hand weights, followed by a variety of exercises and sequences using the dance barre for support. We finish with some targeted abdominal exercises on the mat and a delicious stretch to relax and reset. This class is to fun, fast-paced music so it flows and feels like you're dancing rather than exercising!

Pilates

A safe and mindful approach to exercise.

Pilates offers simple yet challenging exercises that develop strength, mobility, and body awareness. It's full of functional movement to help you get through your day and there is strong focus on strengthening your core and moving your spine to help you feel stronger and help you stand with taller posture. It is low-impact and one of the safest forms of exercise so it is also great for anyone wanting to ease into an exercise program or coming back from an injury. We currently offer Pilates mat but are also looking at offering private reformer sessions soon.

Stretch

A chance to wind down, relax and restore.

If you are feeling fatigued or stressed, or just love the feeling of stretching, try this class. From yin yoga-style static stretches to myo-fascial releases, we include a variety of techniques and exercises to keep things interesting. Stretch and relaxation is often neglected but shouldn't be underestimated - benefits include increased blood flow and mobility, and reduced inflammation and stress. 


Circuit

A variety of functional exercises to rotate through with a group.

This class is a fast-paced circuit which involves movements to help build endurance and strength. The circuit will be designed for a full body workout. Instructor will cater for injuries and support you through technique throughout the class.

TRX

COMING SOON

TRX is 'suspension training' using equipment that leverages your body weight to complete exercises. It is lots of fun and helps you quickly develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. With the adjustable equipment it is very easy to modify exercises and their intensity to suit how you're feeling each class.
